Good evening,
The following issue is based around the sample code provided.
I have 3 Micro's here, 2 Uno's and a few others. For some reason, when using the micro serial - the swDuino has an arrow pointing towards the swDuino icon (so data is incoming) but it's not actually listing any variables. No matter which micro I used. I have 2 official Arduino Micro's and one Genuino micro. There is no issue when using the uno's. The serial ports are working fine, as when viewing data by the inbuilt arduino monitor, or when opening with PuTTY there is data incoming. All COM port settings within device manager are default, everything adds up. The correct port is selected.
The only way I could get swDuino to see data from the micro's was to make the swDuino use the Serial1 class, and use pins TX&RX from the micro board, along with a USB TTL cable.
Have you or anybody else noticed issues with Micro's?
Is it possible for you to change the library to allow manual change of what serial to use by passing it as a reference?
Thanks.
